Arki-Proof L250

Flexible, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating.

Arki-Proof L250 is a two-component, flexible, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating. Component (A) is a white polymer emulsion liquid, while Component (B) is a finely selected blend of cementitious ingredients and dry additives. The product forms a flexible waterproofing membrane that provides an effective barrier against water and moisture, with the ability to bridge superficial hairline cracks. The product can be applied using a brush, roller, trowel, or spray equipment to achieve reliable and waterproof protection.

Usage Instructions

Follow each step for best results.

01 Surface Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound and free from dust, laitance and loose particles. Remove contaminants using wire brushing, grinding or water blasting. Concrete should be at least 3–4 weeks old. Pre-wet the substrate and allow excess water to dissipate before application. Do not apply below 5°C.

02 Mixing

Add Part A (powder) slowly to Part B (liquid) while mixing using a slow-speed drill (300 to 600 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle. Mix continuously for at least 2 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is obtained. If necessary, 0.20 to 0.30 liters of water may be added to adjust the consistency.

03 Application

Apply the mixed material evenly using a stiff brush, roller, or spray equipment to achieve the required waterproofing membrane thickness.

04 Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with clean water before the material hardens.
