Arki-Filler is a single-component, polymer-modified cementitious fine powder that mixes easily with water to produce a creamy paste. It is used to fill cracks and treat surface shrinkage and static (non-moving) joints on plastered surfaces prior to the application of skim coat, paint putty, and paints. It is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Usage Instructions
Follow each step for best results.
01 Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate (surface) is clean, sound, and free from dust, loose particles, and contaminants. Remove weak materials surrounding the cracks, and slightly dampen the surface with water before application.
02 Mixing
Add Arki-Filler slowly to the pre-measured amount of clean water while mixing with a slow-speed hand mixer and a mixing paddle for at least two minutes. Allow the mixture to settle for 5 minutes, then remix before application. Use within the pot life of the mixture.
03 Application
Press the mixed Arki-Filler paste firmly into the cracks using a putty knife or spatula. Avoid the formation of air pockets and smooth the surface evenly. Apply paint or decorative putty after the material has dried completely.
04 Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment with water before the material sets.
