Arki-Bond C10 is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive composed of hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, and special polymers. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags, ready for on-site use—requiring only the addition of clean water to produce a highly workable and sag-resistant (non-slip) mortar. It is ideal for fixing ceramic and porcelain tiles at a bed thickness ranging from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the tile type and substrate.

Usage Instructions
Follow each step for best results.
01 Surface Preparation
The surface must be sound, clean, and free from loose particles, oil, grease, laitance, dust, and curing compounds. All surfaces must be dampened with clean water prior to the application of Arki-Bond C10, ensuring that the substrate appears damp with no standing water.
02 Mixing
Add Arki-Bond C10 slowly to 6 liters of clean water while mixing. Use a slow-speed electric mixer with a mixing paddle for approximately two minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixture to rest for 5–10 minutes before use.
03 Application
Apply the mixed adhesive using a trowel and spread it with a properly sized notched trowel to create a combed adhesive bed. Install the tiles within the product’s open time of 20 minutes, pressing firmly with a slight twisting motion to ensure full contact and avoid voids under the tiles.
04 Cleaning
Clean excess adhesive from the tile surface and grout joints using a damp cloth before the adhesive dries. Tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use.
