Arkimix PV1

Premium, high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive.

Arkimix PV7 is a versatile, ready-to-use, PVA polymer-based liquid bonding agent and cement modifier. It is used as an integral bonding agent for cementitious mixes such as tile adhesives, plaster (mortar/rendering), repair mortars, and floor screeds.

Usage Instructions

Follow each step for best results.

01 Surface Preparation

Use fresh cement and well-graded aggregates that are free from excess fines. Ensure that the concrete surface and mixing materials are suitable for the intended application. Avoid using excessive water, as modified mixes may appear more workable than they actually are.

02 Mixing

It is preferred to use a pan mixer. Manual mixing is allowed when the total weight of the mix is less than 25 kg. Add the required quantity of sand and cement, then pour the required quantity of **Arkimix PV7** and mix for 2 minutes only to avoid excessive air entrainment. Carefully add water until the desired consistency is achieved.

03 Application

Use **Arkimix PV7** as an integral bonding agent and cement modifier for cementitious mixes such as tile adhesives, plaster (rendering), repair mortars, and floor screeds. Apply the modified mix according to the work requirements. The spreading and troweling process must be carried out concurrently with the workflow; avoid over-spreading or over-troweling.

04 Cleaning

Clean tools with water before the material dries and hardens. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
