Arki-Dur F

Epoxy resin-based fairing coat and blow-hole filler

Arki-Dur F is a two-pack, solvent-free epoxy resin-based fairing coat and blow-hole filler. It is specially formulated for repairing surface defects and producing a smooth, durable substrate before the application of epoxy flooring and protective coating systems.

Uses

Usage Instructions

Follow each step for best results.

01 Surface Preparation

Ensure all concrete surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, laitance, oil, grease, curing compounds, and loose materials. Repair damaged concrete prior to application. Steel surfaces must be sandblasted to SA 2½ grade and vacuumed before applying the primer.

02 Mixing

Mix Part A (Base) with Part B (Hardener) thoroughly using a slow-speed drill equipped with a suitable mixing paddle, until a uniform color and consistency are achieved. Do not add any solvents.

03 Application

Apply Arki-Dur F using a trowel or putty knife, pressing firmly to fill blow holes and surface defects. The maximum application thickness is 6 mm per layer. Allow the material to cure completely before sanding if necessary.

04 Cleaning

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Arki-Solv 1.
