Arki Putty

Polymer-modified, cement-based white wall putty for surface preparation and smoothing.

Arki-Putty is a high-quality, polymer-modified, white cement-based wall putty developed for internal and external applications. It is designed to fill pinholes, minor surface imperfections, and fine cracks, while providing a smooth and durable texture prior to painting or decorative coatings. The product offers excellent bond strength, ease of application, and a uniform surface suitable for a wide range of mineral substrates.

Usage Instructions

Follow each step for best results.

01 Surface Preparation

Ensure that the substrate (surface) is sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, paint, loose particles, and any contaminants. Pre-wet highly absorbent surfaces with clean water prior to application.

02 Mixing

Add approximately 7 to 8 liters of clean water to one 20 kg bag of Arki-Putty. Mix using a slow-speed drill fitted with a suitable mixing paddle until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes, then remix briefly before application.

03 Application

Apply the material using a steel trowel in thin, even coats. Allow the first coat to set before applying additional coats if necessary. After drying, sand lightly to achieve a smooth surface ready for painting.

04 Cleaning

Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
